Categories of Membership

Stucco Manufacturer (Regular) Member: Regular Members  ($2,500) shall be those persons or firms manufacturing stucco products under their brand name, utilizing their plants and equipment for this purpose or depend on others for manufacturing service because they do not operate a plant. They may produce conventional stucco. Regular Members shall have voting rights, and may be officers and directors of the Association.

 

Stucco Supplier (Affiliate) Member: Affiliate Members  ($1,250.00) shall be those persons or firms who supply goods and services to the industry. Membership, voting, and other rights, interests and privileges of each member shall be equal. Affiliate Members shall have voting rights, and may be directors of the Association

 

Contractor/Consultant Member: These members ($625.00) shall be those persons or firms who are licensed lath and plastering contractors or consultants and who install products obtained from dealers/suppliers or manufacturer members or consult on lath and plaster. Membership, voting, and other rights, interests and privileges of each member shall be equal. Contractor/Consultant members shall have voting rights and may be elected to the SMA Board of Directors. Members may join the SMA Technical or Promotional Committee, attend all SMA meetings to help guide industry policies and other industry professionals. Contractor Membership enables access to the SMA’s Silica Compliance Program for OSHA’s new silica exposure control requirements.
