Jacob Belk manages forecasting and analytics for John Burns Real Estate Consulting. He uses data science and statistics to help executives answer the toughest questions in the housing industry. Prior to joining John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Jacob worked in the Utah Governor’s Office forecasting tax revenue. He holds a dual B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Brigham Young University and enjoys fitness and the outdoors.
